About Costa Celebrations
Costa Celebrations is a celebration setup and decoration service in Costa Rica. We design and install the decoration for proposals, birthdays and romantic surprises at the place where you are staying.
Who we work for
Our service is designed for travelers. If you are visiting Costa Rica and want to mark a special moment while you are here, you are probably planning it from another country, without a car full of supplies and without knowing where to buy what you need.
We take that part off your hands. You tell us the occasion, the date and where you are staying. We plan it with you, bring the decoration and set it up.
What we do
- Marriage proposal setupsA decorated space for the moment you ask, prepared in secret.
- Balloon decorationsBalloon designs for birthdays, bachelorette trips, baby showers and family celebrations.
- Romantic room decorationA styled room for anniversaries, honeymoons and surprises.
Styled picnic setups are also part of what we do. Ask us about one when you write.
How we work
We are a mobile service. We do not have a storefront or a showroom. We travel to your villa, hotel or vacation rental with the decoration and install it there.
Every celebration is planned personally. You plan directly with us from the first message. We quote from the details you share, and once you book we design around your colors, your occasion and the space you have.
Each celebration is quoted individually. The cost depends on the location, the setup, how much decoration it needs, access to the property and anything you ask us to add, so we quote once we know the details.
We do not release balloons.
Where we work
Our main service areas are:
Uvita and Dominical, on the South Pacific coast: Dominical, Dominicalito, Uvita, BahÃa Ballena and Ojochal.
Puerto Viejo and the South Caribbean: Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Playa Negra, Cocles, Playa Chiquita, Punta Uva, Cahuita and Manzanillo.
Guanacaste, on the North Pacific coast, where we offer proposal setups, balloon decorations and romantic room decoration depending on location, date and availability.
We take requests in other parts of Costa Rica depending on location and availability. Tell us where you are staying.
