Planning a setup at your stay
The space. Tell us whether you have a terrace, a pool deck, a garden or an indoor room in mind, and which parts are covered.
The way in. If you are staying at a hillside villa, let us know what the access road is like, whether a regular car reaches the house and where to park. It helps us plan the arrival and the setup time.
Light and weather. The sun sets over the ocean on this coast, between about 5:10 and 6:00 p.m. in Uvita depending on the month. On Costa Rica's Pacific side the rainy season usually runs from May to October, with showers mostly in the afternoon and early evening. For an outdoor idea, tell us whether your stay has a covered or indoor space that could work instead.

You do not need all of it to start. The first three are enough for us to reply with useful questions.

Do you travel to villas in the hills above Uvita and Ojochal?
Yes, Uvita and Ojochal are both in our service area. Tell us about the road and the parking so we can plan the arrival.
How much notice do you need?
Write as soon as your dates are set and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
What if it rains on the day?
For an outdoor idea, let us know whether the property has a covered or indoor space that could be used instead. What is possible depends on the property, the space available and the type of setup.
How much does it cost?
Every celebration is quoted individually, based on the location, the setup, the amount of decoration, access to the property and anything you ask us to add.
Do you work in other parts of Costa Rica?
Yes. We also serve Puerto Viejo and the South Caribbean and Guanacaste, and we take requests in other areas depending on location and availability.
